Terms of booking

To confirm a reservation, a 50% deposit of the total accommodation price is required.

Cancellation Policy

• The 50% deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the guest.
• Instead of a cash refund, Ranchos Itaúna will issue a voucher for the full amount of the deposit paid.
• The voucher is valid for 12 months from the original check-in date and may be used toward a future stay at Ranchos Itaúna, subject to availability.
• The new reservation will be subject to the rates applicable to the new dates. If the new stay has a higher rate, the difference must be paid by the guest.
• The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If the guest does not use the voucher within its validity period, the deposit will be considered forfeited.
• Any cancellation or change of reservation must be communicated to Ranchos Itaúna in writing.

By paying the deposit, the guest acknowledges and accepts these reservation and cancellation conditions.

Please note: This policy forms part of the reservation agreement and is provided to the guest at the time of booking.
